1. Purpose & scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to the use of nextxch licensed by iqmeta GmbH, to the public website tools (live demo, DNS Advisor, port check), to download and license services and to our support channels. It supplements the EULA and the Terms and Conditions.

2. Lawful use

nextxch may only be used in compliance with applicable law. The licensee is responsible for the content transmitted with its installation and for the lawful processing of personal data as controller under the GDPR.

3. No spam or abusive email

  • Sending unsolicited advertising emails without prior express consent is prohibited (Section 7 (2) No. 2 UWG, Art. 13 ePrivacy Directive).
  • No open relays, no forged senders or headers, no circumvention of SPF/DKIM/DMARC of other domains.
  • No distribution of malware, phishing, fraud or content that infringes third-party rights or is criminal (in particular Sections 86, 130, 184 ff. StGB).
  • Bulk mailings must contain a valid unsubscribe mechanism and identify the sender (Section 5 DDG).

4. Website tools & live demo

The DNS Advisor and port check may only be used for domains and hosts you are authorised to test. Automated mass queries, scraping, load testing or attempts to bypass rate limits are prohibited. The live demo is read-only; attempts to break out of the sandbox are subject to our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.

5. License integrity

Circumventing, manipulating or sharing license keys, operating more mailboxes than licensed, or removing copyright or license notices is prohibited.

6. Support channels

Please treat our staff respectfully. Do not send unencrypted passwords or unnecessary personal data; use secure channels. We may refuse requests that are abusive or unrelated to the product.

7. Enforcement

In case of violations we may, depending on severity, issue a warning, block access to website tools, suspend support or update services, or terminate the license for good cause. Reports of abuse involving nextxch can be sent to support@nextxch.com.
