Zero-Downtime Migration

Move from hMailServer, Exchange®, or Dovecot with zero downtime

No external scripts required: both the native Windows® hMailServer importer and the TLS IMAP delta migrator are built directly into the Admin Cockpit.

Path A: Native Windows® hMailServer Importer

Point nextxch at your existing hMailServer directory + schema export and import everything in one pass:

Domains, Konten & Quotas: All domains, mailboxes, aliases, forwards, and distribution lists are created 1:1.
Data\*.eml Ordnerhierarchie: Direct streaming of Data\*.eml trees into deduplicated Zstd storage with instant search indexing.

Path B: Live TLS IMAP Delta Sync (Exchange® / Dovecot / Microsoft 365®)

Designed for live production cutovers without maintenance downtime:

Initialer Kopierlauf im Hintergrund: Copies complete folder hierarchies, IMAP flags (\Seen, \Flagged, \Answered), and internal dates.
Idempotenter Delta-Pass nach MX-Umschaltung: Run a second pass after flipping MX records: Message-ID deduplication syncs only newly arrived messages.
